Every Memo Vance Pro order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. Importantly, the 60-day window begins on the shipping date of your order, not your purchase date — check your tracking email for the exact date the clock started.
Contact support first to obtain return authorization before shipping anything back. Returned bottles can be empty or unopened and should include your full name, order number, and purchase email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of the returned package being received.
Two different company names have appeared across official policy pages for this product's return-logistics function. We recommend confirming with support directly which company name will appear on your specific return or refund documentation.
Reach out through our contact page with your order details, and we'll walk you through the next steps.
